Jobseeker's Allowance (JSA) mandatory face-to-face signing is being suspended from
Thursday 19 March.
Previously, JSA customers were required to attend a Jobcentre in order to receive their fortnightly payments. From 19 March , this requirement has been suspended, and payments will be made to customers as normal.
It means that customers can be confident they will continue to be paid during this
unprecedented outbreak.

The Money and Pensions Service have added two pages to their website which will be constantly monitored and updated which will provide direct guidance to the
public about money in general and then more specific financial guidance and actions that people can take to help themselves.



Ealing Together over the last week have been working with local charities, community groups and businesses in collaboration to rapidly provide a community response to the COVID-19 emergency. This response is called Ealing Together

Ealing Council has asked us to reach out to you.  Do you have
any volunteers or staff with a current DBS who would like
to support Ealing Council's food distribution service to those who are
vulnerable and self-isolating?
To streamline this process, please can you talk to anyone
interested and then forward their contact details not to us, but  to  
with “Food Distribution volunteer request R001” in the subject line.


Hello dearest Cape yogis, Missing you guys, I hope you’re all doing ok in these unusual times, but to be honest it’s ok if you’re not. Emotions and feelings will fluctuate and cycle around and around at this time and whatever you’re feeling is ok. Be sure to talk to those who listen and help to lift you up, it can be powerful to relate and get some perspective through our human connections. 
Yesterday I filmed a practice for you guys, it’s here on YouTube, it’s a simple familiar practice - nothing new to learn - so you can just arrive on your mat, come back to your body and breath in your own time. 
I also recorded a short meditation on the subject of Bracing (ourselves) & Embracing.
