Donate to Cape:

Hi Everyone,
Thank you so much for taking time to have a look at my page, Last year, l set myself the personal challenge of raising money for Cape Activities Project Ealing (CAPE) through skydiving. That experience taught me that whatever we possess, the value of it doubles when we share it with others, in this case, Cape.

This summer sees me coming back again to raise funds for this very worthwhile, mental health charity in Ealing. I’ve been passionate about cycling all my adult life and will now test myself to the limit by cycling 100 miles on Sunday 4th August in the Prudential Ride London. Something tells me, I must be a glutton for punishment!

If you would like to help me help Cape, then please use the link below.

Your Donations and support will be hugely appreciated.

Love ,
Sue x.

House of Commons

by CapeOctoper, 2018

CAPE launches its 21st year with a reception at the House of Commons , sponsored by Rupa Huq MP.

Chairman Stephen Hammett spoke to our audience about the history of CAPE and the vital support it has provided over the years to the residents of Ealing, he also spoke of our plans of continued development to meet the complex needs of people with long term enduring mental health in the future. The evening was a great success in profiling CAPE to an audience who did not know about our work and how they might support us in the future, watch this space for further news. A big thank you to Rupa and her team for making the evening a success. #rupahuq
